Schloss Rauischholzhausen, near Marburg
The 2025 meeting of the Study Group Allergy and Immunology will take place May 22th to 23th, 2025 at Schloss Rauischholzhausen (near Marburg). All those interested are invited to join this 4th meeting of the AKAI to present and discuss data covering the field of allergy and immunology. Important to note, the meeting will start around lunchtime, so in most cases people can arrive on the same day.
Participation
Please register as early as possible.
Registration
Fee: students 60€, DGfI members 100€, non-DGfI members 120€
(please upload proof of student status during registration)
Hotel room and breakfast need to be booked separately. See instructions below.
Registration via the online form is obligatory for all participants. Registration is only valid if the registration fee has been paid by April 22, 2025.
Abstract submission
We encourage participants to submit an abstract for oral presentation. All abstracts will be reviewed and may be selected for presentation. Please use this template and upload the file during registration.
Venue/Accommodation
The meeting will take place at Schloss Rauischholzhausen, Germany. The venue is located nearby Marburg (approx. 20 min by car).
Accommodation (room and breakfast) is not included in the registration fee and needs to be booked separately. Schloss Rauischholzhausen provides a limited number of bookable rooms (partly with shared WC and/or bathroom).

We have resvered a limited room contingent at at Rauischholzhausen Castle, but their are more rooms available close by.
Of note, rooms are not covered by the registration fee. In case you cancel your trip, their might be cancellation costs.

Rauischholzhausen Castle is rather difficult to reach by train or public transport – it is much easier to get there by car. Therefore, we will arrange a shuttle between Marburg to Schloss Rauischholzhausen. In case you do not want to take the shuttle and prefer to arrive in your private car, you can find detailed instructions here.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the organizers. The notification must include all the relevant bank account details to which a possible refund may be remitted.
If the written notification of cancellation is received before 30th April 2025, a handling fee of 20 EUR will be charged. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Refund requests will only be processed after the congress. They must be made in writing and sent to the meeting organizers by email or fax no later than 30 days after the congress. No refund request will be processed after this date. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
