In the recent years, the joint workshops of the German Society for Immunology (DGfI) and the Japanese Society for Immunology (JSI) were highly appreciated and perceived as a successful platform for scientific exchange and the establishment of fruitful collaborations. We will continue this long-standing tradition in 2026.
The next workshop will take place in Bayreuth, Germany, from 18.09.-22.09.2026. In 2026, the overall theme of the workshop will be ‘Tissue immunity’.
We are particularly pleased that so many leading scientists have registered for this year’s event. We are especially delighted that Shimon Sakaguchi, who has been attending the meeting for many years, has made it possible – despite his many other commitments – to present the keynote lecture.
