Abstract submission

Deadline abstract submission: August 31, 2026

The scientific program of the Annual Meeting will be compiled mainly from the submitted abstracts. In particular, young researchers (MD/PhD students or PostDocs) will have the opportunity to present their latest research results either as oral or poster presentations. Please use this template and label the file clearly with your name. Please limit your abstract to 200 words of free text (title not included) and upload your abstract when you register or send it via email to c.arndt@hzdr.de and Wischhusen_J@ukw.de.

Registration deadline: September 27, 2026

Register with the online form below. The registration fee for the Annual Meeting of the AK Tumor Immunology is 160 € for regular participation and 120 € for students (MSc, MD, PhD). It is to be paid by bank transfer until September 30, 2026. The registration fee includes meals, lectures, networking event and transfer from city center to HZDR. Accommodation is not included and must be arranged by each participant individually. Please indicate whether you will use the transfer from city center (appr. Altmarkt) to HZDR (via the form below).

Fees are the same for members of the DGfI or AK Tumor Immunology. However, you are most welcome to become a member of the Tumor Immunology study group and/or the DGfI itself. Membership in the study group is free.
