Registration

Registration via the online form is obligatory for all participants. All participants are invited to submit a title for a talk alongside of two key points of the presentation. Please download the template for submission HERE and upload it during registration. You will receive a confirmation for the submission.

The format of the oral presentations (15 min talk with 5 min discussion OR 5 min impulse talk) will be chosen from the submitted title and key points. Please, indicate during registration whether you are interested in a long talk (15 min) or an impulse talk (5 min).

Submission deadline and booking of accommodation: 15 January 2026

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your participation at the AKKS Meeting due to unforeseeable circumstances later than 1st of March, we will try to do everything possible to avoid charging any costs, however we reserve the right to bill any nonrefundable costs associated with your booking to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Fees are the same for DGfI members and non-members. You are, however, most welcome to become a member of the AK Complement System and/or the DGfI itself. Membership in the study group is free.

    Accommodation (room and breakfast) is not included in the registration fee. You can book your accommodation separately or stay at the recommended Evangelische Akademie Tutzing. This must be booked bindingly during the registration. The Evangelische Akademie offers rooms incl. breakfast for single and double occupancy.

    For a two-night stay:
    Single room: 107,50 € per night/room, double room/double occupancy: 175,-€ per night/room, double room/single occupancy 129,50 Euro per night/room.

    For a one-night stay: 15€ surcharge on all prices.

    Payment at the Evangelische Akademie at arrival or checkout. A certain number of rooms are available, but only until 15. January 2026. When booking a double room, you must specify at the time of registration with whom you will be sharing the room. To book a room, first select whether you will be staying at the Evangelische Akademie or not.
