Registration for Spring School 2027 is open. 

Please register here for the Spring School for regular participation. You will be notified approx. 2 weeks after the deadline has passed whether your registration has been successful.

    Standard accommodation for all participants is in triple rooms.
    If you would prefer to stay in a single or double room, a limited number of rooms are available.

    • Single and double rooms are available at an additional cost.
    • The surcharge must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
    • The availability of single rooms is limited, and rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    The participation fee includes accommodation, meals, all lectures and practical sessions.
    We will take care of booking your accommodation during the spring school. You only need to organise your own travel.

    I understand that by registering to the school I agree to the following*:

    1. Your data (name, first name, email address, home institution, abstract and poster) will be published in the booklet. This will be available exclusively during the school, to participants, speakers and representatives of sponsoring companies. If you do not wish your abstract and/or poster to be published, please send us an email.

    2. The registration fee has to be transfered until December 15, 2026 at the latest.

    3. Cancellation is free of charge only until November 30, 2026.

    4. In case you will not inform us about cancellation of registration, and we are unable to replace the vacant seat, we have to charge a cancellation fee: 50% of the registration fee after November 30, 2026, and 100% after January 02, 2027.

    5. Photographs will be taken during the event and made available to all participants of the Spring School and rarely used for promotional purposes.
