These are the current sponsors of the Autumn School 2025. If you are also interested in joining us as a sponsor for our school please contact us as soon as possible: Ms Bettina Happel, herbstschule@dgfi.org. Thank you!

Our Concept – Your Opportunities (Information for Sponsors)
Get involved and foster your professional network in academia. Don´t miss the opportunity to meet with renowned immunologists (mostly from Germany and Europe) that are amongst the best in their field. The entire course is live-in for both tutors, participants and company representatives with all meals taken communally. With an intimate setting there is ample opportunity for informal interaction that would be impossible at a large conference.

As a sponsor we will provide you with exhibit space which is placed in the area of the coffee breaks and two poster sessions. This way you will be right in the middle of our participants and speakers. Further we will place your logo in advance on our event homepage and the Autumn School booklet which will be hand out to all participants.

Consider to educate your new employees on the topic of immunology:
Employees without immunological background or who need to refresh their immunological knowledge are welcome to participate as regular participants at the Autumn School.

But the highlight for all our sponsors is the Meet-the-Companies session. Meet-the-Companies is a facilitated, yet informal and high-energy, social activity to encourage a large group of people to speak with one another, ask questions, and learn about specific areas of research and practice within the field of immunology. This ice-breaker event is a great chance to inform participants about newest products and applications and therefore to create, maintain and enhance your brand awareness in front of existing and potential clients. It also gives the possibility to generate new business leads and to get into contact with skilled potential future employees. Don´t miss this great networking opportunity.

As a speed dating format every 8 minutes, a gong rings and the participant groups (with 8 participants each) start a new conversation with another company representative. In total, each participant meets about 10 company representatives during the afternoon. Meet-the-Companies is a new way for companies and participants to get together and to share their common passion for science.

What our participants say about the Meet-the Companies session

“Interesting because one does not have the possibility to meet companies in such a context, very positive that they also talked about career options and general topics.”
“It was a really good idea! You have the opportunity to speak with each company.”
“Interesting new products, interesting people/careers. Good for getting options for your future and an introduction about methods.”
