Abstract submission

Deadline late breaking abstract submission: August 31, 2024

The scientific program of the Annual Meeting will be compiled mainly from the submitted abstracts. In particular, young researchers (MD/PhD students or PostDocs) will have the opportunity to present their latest (unpublished) research results either as oral or poster presentations. Please use this template and label the file clearly with your name. Please limit your abstract to 200 words of free text (title not included) and upload your abstract when you register or send it via email to c.arndt@hzdr.de and Wischhusen_J@ukw.de.

Registration

Register with the online form below. The registration fee for the Annual Meeting of the AK Tumor Immunology is 200 € for regular participation and 150 € for students (MSc, MD, PhD). It is to be paid by bank transfer until August 31, 2024. The registration fee includes meals and lectures. Accommodation is not included and needs to be booked and paid separately.

Fees are the same for members of the DGfI or AK Tumor Immunology. However, you are most welcome to become a member of the Tumor Immunology study group and/or the DGfI itself. Membership in the study group is free.
