Registration T Cell Meeting

Register with the online form below. The programme will be compiled from the submitted abstracts. Please use this template and label the file clearly with your name, upload your abstract when you register until May 15^th, 2025.

Registration fees

The registration fee for the T Cell Meeting is 130 € for all participants to be paid by bank transfer until June 19^th, 2025. If you do not pay your registration fee by June 19^th, 2025, at the latest, otherwise participation is not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation of the registration only after payment of the registration fee.

Accommodation information:

The registration fee includes free catering (excluding breakfast), meeting fees, morning and evening bus transfers (6km) from the conference hotels to the venue.

Please indicate whether you require hotel accommodation when registering for the seminar. The price per night and person is 85-95 EUR. The pre-reserved rooms are only available at a reduced rate until May 15. Pre-bookings are available for the Hotel Burgblick, Gartenhotel Salzach and Hotel Glöcklhofer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a hotel in advance.

When booking double occupancy, one participant must book the room.

The hotel information including booking instructions will be sent by email after May 15. The actual booking must be made by yourself and paid separately. If you need help with your booking, please contact Sabine Saul-Hubrich (conf.physio@ls.tum.de). We will be happy to help you.

A shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue will be organised.
