B Cell Forum 2025 - Abstract submission and registration AK Biology of B Lymphocytes

Extension of Abstract submission:

All participants can submit an abstract. Everyone who likes to give a talk or present a poster MUST submit an abstract.

Please download the template for the abstract here and upload it during registration. You will receive a confirmation for abstract submission. Oral presentations will be chosen from these abstracts. Please, indicate whether you are interested in giving an oral presentation when submitting the abstract.

Abstracts can also be submitted until February 15,  2025 by E-Mail directly to thomas.winkler@fau.de
Please use “B-cell abstract” for the subject line.

Registration
Please register as early as possible, but no later than January 6, 2025. We can accept only 120 participants.
Registration via the online form is obligatory for all participants. All participants are invited to submit an abstract. Registration is only valid if the registration fee has been paid by Feb 17, 2025, at the latest.

Accommodation
Hotel room and breakfast are not included in the registration fee and need to be booked separately (details).

Registration fees
The registration fee is 250,- €, to be paid via bank transfer. If you do not pay your registration fee by Feb 17, 2025, at the latest, your registration will be cancelled. You will receive a confirmation of the registration only after payment of the registration fee.

    Accommodation (room and breakfast) is not included in the registration fee. You can book your accommodation separately or stay at the recommended Welcome Congress Center. This must be booked bindingly during the registration, if you want to benefit from reduced prices.

    The hotel offers rooms for single and double occupancy.Single room: 121,- € per night/room, Double occupancy 151,-€ per night/room (incl. breakfast), payment at the hotel at checkout. 70 rooms are available at the reduced rate, only until December 18th. For booking of double occupancy, you must confirm during registration who you will share the room with.
