Abstract submission
All participants can submit an abstract. Everyone who likes to give a talk or present a poster MUST submit an abstract. Please download the template for the abstract here and upload it during registration. You will receive a confirmation for abstract submission. Oral presentations will be chosen from these abstracts. Please, indicate whether you are interested in giving an oral presentation when submitting the abstract.
Please upload your abstract during registration. In case you cannot do that, please send your abstract to Nadine Hoevelmeyer by February 15, 2026, at latest. Please use “B-cell abstract” for the subject line.
Registration
Please register as early as possible, but no later than January 6, 2026. Registration via the online form is obligatory for all participants. PLEASE NOTE: By registering, you have made a binding commitment to attend the B cell meeting, and the registration fee must be paid in full. Cancellation is possible – free of charge – until January 15, 2026. After that date, you can still cancel, but the participation fee must still be paid.
Registration fees
The registration fee is 280,- €, to be paid via bank transfer.
Accommodation
Accommodation (room and breakfast) is not included in the registration fee. You can book your accommodation separately or stay at the recommended Maritim Königswinter (details).
The hotel offers rooms for single and double occupancy. Single room: 140,- € per night/room, double room: 183,-€ per night/room. Prices include breakfast, payment at the hotel at checkout. 60 rooms are available at the reduced rate, only until January 6th, 2026. Please use this link to book your hotel room with the hotel itself from our reserved contingent. You will then benefit from the reduced rates above. The room reservations are to be made until February 9, 2026, at the latest.
