Abstract submission
All participants can submit an abstract. Everyone who likes to give a talk or present a poster MUST submit an abstract. Please download the template for the abstract here and upload it during registration. You will receive a confirmation for abstract submission. Oral presentations will be chosen from these abstracts. Please, indicate whether you are interested in giving an oral presentation when submitting the abstract.
In case you cannot upload your abstract during registration, please send it to Tanja Durez by Jan 1, 2027, at latest. Please use “B-cell abstract” for the subject line.
Registration
Please register as early as possible. Registration via the online form is obligatory for all participants. PLEASE NOTE: By registering, you have made a binding commitment to attend the B cell meeting, and the registration fee must be paid in full. Cancellation is possible – free of charge – until Jan 1, 2027. After that date, you can still cancel, but the participation fee must still be paid.
Registration fees
The registration fee is 280,- € for DGfI members and 330,- € for DGfI non-members, to be paid via bank transfer.
