The 21^st B-Cell Forum will take place at the “Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg“, Mußstraße 7, 96047 Bamberg from March 19 to 21, 2025.

Registration
Please register as early as possible. We can accept up to 120 participants.

Please register by Jan 6, 2025 at the latest.

Registration fee:

The registration fee is 250,- €.

There will be more information soon about the details. We will start with registration and welcome on Wednesday 19th at 1 p.m. MEZ and sessions start at 2 p.m. The meeting will end on Friday 21rd around 12:30 p.m.

Accommodation

Accommodation (room and breakfast) is not included in the registration fee. The hotel must be booked bindingly during/together with the registration for reduced prices.

The hotel offers rooms for single and double occupancy.

Single room: 121,- € per night/room, Double occupancy 151,-€ per night/room (incl. breakfast), payment at the hotel at checkout.

70 rooms are available for the reduced rate only until December 18^th
For booking of double occupancy, one participant has to book the room.

Travelling by car …
The Congress Hotel is easily accessible by car and parking is possible in a spacious public parking garage directly at the hotel (12 € per 24 hours)

Public transportation
Bamberg has an ICE train station which is directly served from Munich/Nürnberg and Hamburg/Berlin/Erfurt with ICE trains, from Würzburg via RegionalExpress RB (aprox.1 h).

From station you can either walk (30 min), take a bus to “Markusplatz” with lines 995, 911, 983 or 941 (15 min) or take a Taxi (2.5 km)

Traveling by airplane …
The nearest international airports to the venue are Nürnberg (NUE), Distance to Bamberg: 70 km, public transportation app. 1:30 h (subway to Nürnberg main station and then train to Bamberg)
