Round table discussion groups
The round table discussion groups enable the participants to discuss and explore a specific topic. The moderators of the round table start with an overview or a short presentation to give a brief introduction to the topic and then lead through a discussion of the questions and topics sent by the participants in advance. Depending on the topic, participants can also discuss their own data and experiences.

This year we offer the following options:
• Animal research (e.g. methods, writing a proposal, restriction/problems, arguments for/against animal research)
• CRISPR/Cas (e.g. in silico guide design, in vitro guide testing, Cas9 variants, mutation types, applications)
• Flow cytometry (e.g. Basics (Fluidics, Optics), Fluorochromes/Multicolor panels, Gating strategies, Compensation/Controls, Data analysis/interpretation, Cell Sorting, Troubleshooting)
• Entrepreneurism
• Single cell technology (e.g. single cell transcriptomic approaches (scRNA-seq/snRNA-seq; spatial transcriptomics), scATAC-seq, experimental planning and troubleshooting (finding the right experimental setting), data analysis tools and pipelines (find the right toolbox for your question), limitations , future perspectives, usage of deposited existing data sets)
• Statistics

Registration information
Standard acccommodation for all participants is in double rooms.
Please note:
• Single occupancy is available but incurs a surcharge of 150€.
• You will have to pay the surcharge directly at the hotel upon arrival.
• Availability of single occupancy rooms is limited and rooms will be designated on a first-come-first-served-basis.

I understand that by registering to the school I agree to the following*:

1. Photographs will be taken during the event and made available to all participants of the Autumn School and rarely used for promotional purposes.
2. Your data (name, first name, email address, home institution and abstract) will be published in the booklet. This will be avilable exclusively during the school, to participants, speakers and representatives of sponsoring companies.
3. The registration fee has to be transferred until Aug 31, 2025 at the latest, otherwise participation is not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation is only free of charge until Aug 31, 2025. After that date, we cannot reimburse payments.
